Online Orders Glitchy?

Anyone else online orders being glitchy? Deliveries are being auto-approved, while take-out still requires manual approval (which is what we want) the new online surcharge is randomly being added?

Hello! You can read more about the online surcharge in the thread here: Order Processing Fee to Guest on Mobile Ordering. I believe this might be the online order surcharge you speaking about. As far as the orders being glitchy, could you describe more about what the issues are? You can reach out to me via Dm's with your restaurant information if we need to get Customer Support involved, but some common troubleshooting steps are to turn off/on the Auto-Fire terminal, toggle Auto Fire to a different device, and reset the internet at closing time; Let me know if you are still having issues!
