I have been looking into the Waste Tracking system in Toast. I've seen how to set ups the discounts, and log waste through the POS. My only question would be, is there a way to add items rung in on checks and tabs into waste? The only things I see are regular discounts and voids. If something is ordered then remade, dropped or in any way messed up, I wasn't to be able to log those items as waste and keep regular discounts for non wasted food.
