Checking Waste

Hi there,

I really need a simple function to see what items went to waste per day rather than just getting a total of the money lost in the Reports > Menus > Food waste breakdown. 

The suggestion from the chatbot:

Navigate to Reports > Sales > Orders in Toast Web and look for the order number that matches your waste check number from the POS.

But I could't or rather didn't have the patience to go digging for the order number when looking back frequently.

Any helps or a new button for this would be great thanks!

I think the product mix report would work best, if you just want to see waste counts you can turn off all columns except for waste, you can also turn off menu groups,subgroups if you just want one long list of menu items and not have to expand all the groups.
