Our grubhub rep says that our alcoholic beverages are not being flagged correctly (we are integrated through Toast) and that we need to remove any alcoholic beverages from our delivery menu for grubhub. They are saying that Toast isn't able to flag the beverages correctly and so it's a liability for grubhub to continue offering drinks becaues their drivers have no way to know when to ID someone. This is not an issue with Doordash, can someone from Toast comment on this?
Thanks, it may just be old documentation, they do have a way to mark items as containing alcohol now, it's relatively new though and possible grub hub will enable it in the future.
