Hello! I am wondering why it is when I am charging an order to a house account, two receipts print. I don't need any receipt because the guests ordering don't require one. And certainly not two. I'm wasting receipt tape with the this and am hoping someone has figured out a work around for this. I have talked to multiple Toast help desk professionals and created several requests for a change. Thanks for any advice!

You could try to turn on “Automatically print merchant and customer copy.” I think that will force the house account receipt to print, but it will print all receipts for all orders.
Another thought is making all the HH a specific dining option, then under Payment Receipts for that dining option, enable the merchant copy (or merchant+customer copy) to be printed.
Those are the only two I can think of to get them to print automatically.

Hi, Kirsten, try to set Credit Card Receipts - POS orders to print automatically in Payments > Checks & receipt setup, while setting Digital Receipts to "Yes" in Device Setup. This prints the necessary slip, but keeps the transaction digital on-screen. Hope this works!
