Inconsistency with POS and KDS

 Server rings 3 burgers To Go. It prints on the ticket correctly and shows in the POS correctly as 3 burgers. The KDS only shows 1 burger. The ticket wasn't changed or modified in any way. Any thoughts?

this never occurs to us. Maybe try to send in a test order and see if you still get the same result.

I would have to see a screenshot of the KDS Setup and your UI Options.

There is no chance she press hold and then send to print the ticket. 

 

Also clear you cache on KDS and log in again

@Butcherandbar what is your restaurant name in Toast? I can try and audit that order for you.
