Every few days our UberEats orders get canceled due to not getting “integrated” by Toast. Why does this keep happening and how can we stop our UberEats app from turning us off for missing orders?

Hey, @GaiaandLoki, Thank you for your question! If you are using direct UE integration, the orders you receive through UE will have a "other payment option" applied. This means that Toast will not actually capture any payments. I am a bit confused about what you mean by "closing out UE transactions at the end of the night." Could you please provide more information so that I can better assist you?

once again, community manager isn't helpful. This same issue has been happening to me, ubereats orders NOT being accepted by Toast POS. I have worked with ubereats extensively, toast cant figure it out! cancelled orders amounting to hundred/ thousands of uncaptured sales. ive been taking a real hit to my bottom line because Toast/ubereats integration is still in BETA!!!! ubereats did some digging and found that toast has been canceling orders because items not available. this is ridiculous!!!! the toast system is not in sync with ubereats menu. please fix this asap!!!!!
