KDS (flex) that's mirroring keeps restarting randomly while we're operating.

So we have a kds screen that we mirrored onto a Philips monitor with a micro HDMI to HDMI chord. When I first installed it, it would randomly power cycle when we would have many orders on the screens. Just the kds would restart fyi. I tried switching every connecting cable that went into it from power to the USB bump bar extension. After swaping the screen it worked perfect. That is, until I adjusted the height of the KDS and I'm not sure what, but something happened and now the problem is back in full swing. I've gone through changing out every chord, including the HDMI and power chords, I've used a powered splitter on the HDMI to see if that would help. I've even switched the KDS with another screen and completely cleared the cached data. Nothing has helped so far. When I adjusted the KDS I moved it down a couple inches, it's slightly closer to some heat lamps (above them) but no part of it ever seems remotely physically hot. Has anyone had any issues with mirroring a kds screen like this? Or maybe just having multiple things (the bump bar and the HDMI) plugged into a kds?

I also have two other kids screens that mirror straight into 2 projectors and they also have bumb bars, one is by a fryer and the other is by a grill. Neither one have any issues.

Someone please help!

I tried all previous solutions and the heat lamp all at once and it's stopped. To recap for anyone who stumbles upon this looking for help. I had suspicions that when the KDS starts to power cycle constantly throughout the day that something might be happening to the power supply, weakening it more than it should be. I switched the power supply with yet another KDS that doesn't have any devices hooked up to it. With the new power supply and new chords that were just recently put in for the bump bar and the micro hdmi to hdmi it's working fine. For good measure I've stopped using the heat lamp closest to it, but sometimes staff have still turned it on anyways and we havn't had any further disruptions.

After some digging, it appears that the heat may be the cause, as it's not recommended to install your KDS in a very hot part of the kitchen, such as directly next to a flat-top grill and over a toaster. " The KDS should be mounted at eye level, away from heating elements, to ensure proper functioning and longevity. "

Seems weird since it's above the heat lamp, but since they seem to work everywhere else and all the cords are firmly seated, this seems to be the only cause.
