What’s the simplest but most effective special you've ever introduced to your guests?

I’ll let you in on a secret: Holiday specials can be an operational nightmare or a brilliant move—it’s all about simplicity and anticipation.

On St. Patrick’s Day, we add to our menu with a fun special—a "Guinness & Quick Bite" combo featuring a signature corned beef BAONini sandwich. The BAONini, inspired by our chef's love for fusion sandwiches, is essentially a playful combination of traditional corned beef served in a panini style with a twist of Bao—easy to eat, delicious, and perfect with a pint of Guinness. Preped quickly and easily at a dedicated station, it was so straightforward that guests loved them and we managed it effortlessly.

Our sales increased, kitchen stress levels stayed low, and guests left happy, often promising to return next year for the same experience.
