Mobile Order and Pay and KDS Issue

Hi Everyone,

We have Mobile Order and Pay setup for our cafe.  We have a QR code where customers are able to scan, bring up our menu, order, pay and they will get a text when its done to pickup at the counter.  All that is working fine.

The issue we are having is on the KDS side.  When someone places an order for lets say Pizza, soda, popcorn- It will show up on the KDS as three separate tiles but they are for the same order number.  We ultimately would want everything on that order to be on the same tile on the KDS, so when we close it, it prints off 1 receipt instead of 3 separate ones.  Closing all three also sends three texts to the customer.  The employee also doesn't know which orders are tied together.  Anyone have any ideas?  Would be happy to share setup screenshots if that helps.

Hello!

Take a look at your KDS Settings.

From the left navigation bar. Select Kitchen. The under the section "Printed Tickets and Ticket Screens" make sure that the option for "Individual Tickets for Every Item in an Order" has "Don't print or show individual tickets on the kitchen display system device" selected.

Start there and then we can dive deeper if we need to

Thank you for the reply, that worked!  I had a Toast tech onsite who couldn't figure it out and calling support has made things worse.  Really appreciate it!
