Modify Modifiers

Is there a way to modify a modifier?  For instance, we have an Entree of Pulled Pork... then we have a required modifier of Sides.  One of those sides options is a breadstick.  The breadstick then also needs to have modifiers available such as no salt, no butter, add cheese cup etc.
