Need Help with Tip Claiming

Hi! We just had toast go live yesterday. Under the job code for servers and bartenders I have selected for both jobs to claim tips. When they go to clock out it is not making them claim their tips. How do I add this on? Secondly where do I go in the back end to add the tips in manually for each employee.

Under UI options (if you are new it's a good idea to take a long look at everything, a lot of little settings exist there) make sure declare cash tips is enabled and require collect and tip out is enabled. 

If you need to manually mark cash collected and tips paid that can be done under shifts report, if you want to edit cash tips claimed that can be done under the time punches either under time cards in the front end or time entries in the back end. Any credit card tips will automatically be attached to the server.
