New Employee Shift Review Error

Two of my most recent employees have been having issues running their shift reviews.  Whenever they go to that screen, it says there is a sync error.  There is a button to refresh, but nothing happens.  We try on multiple pos and handhelds, but theyre all the same.  No other employees are having this issue.  Cant seem to figure it out.

I still dont know what was causing this, but i archived them and put them back in as a new employee and that seemed to fix it.

Thanks, I just finally narrowed it down to this as the root cause, is that how it always worked? We don't normally invite to create accounts, but the person entering new employees was not paying attention.
