New Order Button?

With the latest update (2.73) the "New Order" button has disappeared from screens of our servers and bartenders. Can anyone tell me how to get it back? 

I found in Help that the Quick Order option has to be on in the jobs setting. I turned that on, but nothing has changed. Any help?

It requires the quick order permission now under POS access, need to give that permission to servers and bartenders if you want it to be visible.

I turned it on in the backend for Servers and Bartenders, but nothing changed. Does it take a while to update?

Shouldn't just removed it from myself and added back, I did have to back out of the table service mode and go back though.
