Online ordering approval

Hey Everyone!

  Has anyone else experienced online orders automatically approving even when you have them set to manually approve before ticket goes to the kitchen?  Thanks in advance!

Hello! If you have an example check number I would be happy to have an agent investigate this further too! Just send a Dm with your restaurant name, address, and check number that was auto-approved!

Are they first party or third party orders? also do you have an auto-firing device set up; if you do it will override this
