Online ordering experts

Does anyone know of an online  ordering expert?  I am happy to pay someone to help set up my online ordering.  There is a "software" product called "Toast Menu Packages" for $500 but apparently that is not actually available.  The description is exactly what I am looking for but no one at Toast seems to know anything about it.

@ddobbs If you already have a menu built, it is easy to transfer to online ordering once you purchase the integration. I'm not sure of any packages, but I've personally resigned my online ordering platform from the bottom up. I am aware of menu building templates, but you still need to input all the information.
