Hi! I am looking for clarification on the "Takeout & 3rd Party Delivery" hours versus "1st Party Delivery".
Does Takeout in this case, mean Toast Takeout? or just 3rd Party Takeout? If the former, why are these 2 lumped together (as 1st Party Takeout really has nothing to do with 3rd Party Delivery)?

This will also affect your in-house takeout orders. Toast Takeout will use these settings as well since they are part of your online ordering configuration. The reason these options are grouped together is that they all rely on the same settings, meaning that both first-party and third-party takeout options draw from the same source. More about this configuration can be found in the link attached below. You will need to contact support for the 1st party delivery sync issues so they can help trouble shoot your settings.

Toast, what is the answer to this question?

The section referenced for third Party Delivery services (GrubHub, Uber Eats, etc), so this is references Takeout for your 3rd part services. Toast Takeout has been renamed "Local by Toast" and uses your online ordering settings. First Party Delivery is for your own Delivery Drivers. Let me know if this answers your question!

What about takeout (customer picking up a takeout order we entered into Toast) picking up from our outlet? This has nothing to do with 3rd Party Takeout, nor Delivery?
I think that is what OP means.
Further to this, when I change the Monday hours for 1st Party Delivery, this updates the Sunday hours on our ToastTab.com website. When I update Tuesday hours this updates Monday hours. The backend control for 1st Party Delivery hours is not in sync with the website display.
Backend is Monday to Sunday. Website display is Sunday to Saturday.
Sometimes it is required to listen to what the users are typing, and then go do exactly what they say, RATHER than thinking what you're saying makes any sense.
