Hi There,
I am looking for insight into a minor issue we are finding with out auto-fire device for online orders. Normally the ASAP orders fire just fine, and print out right away. However, seemingly at random, we will get a batch of 6 orders printing out all at the same time.
We have determined that the orders aren't arriving all at once because they have different times written on the chits. Some details about our store, we have a single location, 3rd party delivery is operated through Deliverect service, Canadian account.
I am wondering if it's a minor internet service outage issue, has anyone else seen this? What were the steps you've taken to fix?
Thanks for anyone's input!

If I remember correctly, system fires up scheduled orders including 3PD orders in every 5 minute interval. let's say you receive orders at [hh:mm:ss] 12:00:45, 12:01:00, 12:01:30, and 12:02:45, they wont get sent until 12:05:00. I also ran into the same issue like yours when I first set up our system. But I could be wrong about this.

Thanks for the response!! Did you have any way to fix this? Or did it become just an accepted part of the system? It's not horribly disruptive for us but our kitchen would rather have them come in at once for pacing.
