Phone Connection

Has anyone had any success connecting their phone to the POS system to automate loading of customer information? This way we could eliminate the input steps for existing customers.

Yeah couldn't live without it, it's an add-on but worth the $7.50 a month if you do a lot of phone orders, plus a one time hardware purchase. https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Caller-ID-1492794310341 

@rcmckthe $7.50/month fee is Toast service subscription fee? If so, how do I add it to our location?

Yes a monthly fee, oddly it's not in the store at all as well as the hardware, (you will need to know if you have analog or VoIP phone system for the hardware). It's been a while but pretty sure I had to contact my salesperson directly to get it added.
