We have multiple outlets using the same Toast system as different revenue centers. There is a quick service coffee shop that Opens at 7 AM and changes to a full service bar after 2 PM. We also have a full service, fine dining outlet. We own an operate, a small Inn next-door to our property and use Cloudbeds as our PMS. We pay for an integration between Toast and Cloudbeds. I’m wondering if anyone can share the proper workflow (tendering) for each of the two outlets.
