How do I contact Toast support via email? I have the phone number, but I can't send screenshots over the phone and the wait time is 10+ minutes. I just want to send an email so I can go on about my day.

I'm bumping this a year later because there is no option to email support on the website that I can find. Has anyone else found an email address or an option to submit a ticket? I don't want to sit on a chat bot on my phone, I just want to email or submit a ticket and hear back when someone has an actual answer.

I think you can reach the Customer Care team at support@toasttab.com, but I’ve never had to. The chat feature is very good in my recent experience.once you get past the bot. They’ve gotten better with necessary escalations, and as soon as you identify your issue a ticket is automatically created. All of your tickets past and present can be found at Toast Central > My Care Cases.

We don't offer an email option; if you send an email to support@toasttab.com, I'm unsure where it's routed. Once you have a case created, you can email the agent who owns it. The article below lists all the ways you can reach out to support.
