Printer Problems

I'm having a strange issue where certain items aren't sending through to the kitchen. It happens sporadically and seems to only be happening to items under my "pizza" section. For example, I will wring through wings, a salad and a pizza but the pizza occasionally not be on the ticket. When I try a test ring and send the same items it will send successfully. It has happened at least four times this week where the server rings in the pizza, but the kitchen doesn't get it. It's not every time which is the most troubling thing. Any advice?

The fact that its not happening every time is definitely strange. You may have specific items under your pizza menu that aren't set to inherit the Prep stations from that category. You may have to go in and check each item individually and make sure the prep stations are correctly assigned. Also, you may need to navigate to the prep stations settings and check the box that says always print tickets, or send to expediter for the specific category you are having issues with.

You may have different routing rules for dining behaviors.
Also you may have them assigned different courses etc. and need to assign courses. Feel free to DM me to set up some time

I'm having the same issue. Sometimes, randomly, food items won't go back to the kitchen. Occasionally there will be an 'i' printed as the last character on the line of the missing item and sometimes it will just be totally blank. This isn't an issue where something is set an a non-print item or setup for different behaviors because sometimes you'll have the same item on the same ticket, one will go through and one will not. Any advice or we're you able to get your issue resolved?
