Printer Problems

I'm having a strange issue where certain items aren't sending through to the kitchen. It happens sporadically and seems to only be happening to items under my "pizza" section. For example, I will wring through wings, a salad and a pizza but the pizza occasionally not be on the ticket. When I try a test ring and send the same items it will send successfully. It has happened at least four times this week where the server rings in the pizza, but the kitchen doesn't get it. It's not every time which is the most troubling thing. Any advice?

I have listed the best steps to resolve the issue below, but do you have a case number with support? I want to make sure this "i" character is looked into; that sounds like an error.
- Check for non-printing prep stations if the order didn't send to the printer but showed on the Kitchen Display Screen (KDS).
- Verify the Ticket Display Options on the KDS if the order didn't show on the KDS screen but was sent to the printer.
- Ensure that the items in the order are routed to the correct prep station if the order didn't send to the printer and didn't show on the KDS screen.
- Review item routing rules to ensure items aren't being unintentionally redirected.
- Confirm that all devices in question are part of the same device group if you use device groups.
