How do I get a sub-total to print on a receipt? I enter a $5 coupon and it shows the $5 coupon but not what the sub-total is.

Here is how you can set this up,
Set the Display Discounts Above Subtotal setting to Yes. If you don't see this setting, you may need a new receipt code. Please reach out to Toast Customer Care for assistance.

I have this setting and it is checked but the subtotal still isn't showing.

You may need to reach out to Toast support to update your receipt code!

“If you don’t see the subtotal line after enabling ‘Display Discounts Above Subtotal,’ your receipt code may need updating. Contact Toast Customer Care to request a new receipt code or to have your existing one modified.”
