Setting up my new Handheld Go 3 devices and 1st: They won't charge past 70%. 2nd: When I try to print and order to our kitchen printer it tells me the printer is disconnected and it is not. Same with a receipt. Help! Thanks. Debbie
I have a few employees whom I have added Job Permissions, (was a server added cook) but when they log in they aren't able to select the cook option. I have deselected it and reselected it and nothing is working. Ideas?
