Regarding Sales Cancellation,
Our company has set a policy restrictions on sales cancellations. Furthermore, even when a sales cancellation is possible, it doesn't reflect in the numbers on the day of cancellation. Instead, it alters the sales data at the point of occurrence, leading to difficulties in data management. and this situation is making to manage the ERP system.
Our IT team currently understands that generating a cancellation transaction at the time of the sales cancellation is not possible with Toast, though I have some reservations about this.
Is there a way to reflect sales at the point of cancellation?
