Does anyone else have this problem? When I do a reorder from what a customer ordered last time, the new ticket is populated with the items but when I finish taking the order it doesn't go to the Kitchen Display Screen.

Just sent a test order and it works fine at my location.
Does this issue occur every time when you place an order by reordering from the order history?

Yes, every time. If I create an order from the order history it doesn't show up on kitchen display. We make that order using a printed paper copy of the order.

Wanted to check in here, are you still experiencing this issue with reorder items not sending to the Kitchen Display Screen?
