Is it possible to have ingredients/ toppings listed on KDS's

Is it possible to list ingredients or toppings on the KDS's. We have a burger restaurant and we have build your own burgers with modifiers selected  by customers that show up no problem on the kitchen display screens. We also have specialty burgers that are preset with toppings on our menu and we don't offer the options for modifications, is it possible to have it where the toppings for the burgers are listed on the kitchen displays under each specialty burger we receive to make it easier for our kitchen staff, it would also help with training new staff.

If I understand your question correctly, you can create required default modifiers for the specialty burgers. Make sure to set the both minimum and maximum to the number of toppings each specialty burger has so customers and staff can't unselect the options.

That will work! And for now it's something I can do, it would be nice however to have something, almost like a description send to the kitchen by default that we can add on the back end, rather then having to make more modifiers.

Just to tack on to this explanation, there is a setting that you can toggle which causes items with default modifiers (those which are pre-selected on the item) to print those items on kitchen tickets and the KDS. You'll need to make sure it is toggled on.

Like au79teahouse suggested, for each of these items I would set up a modifier group called "Included Toppings (Item Name)" and only list the included ingredients, then set the minimum and maximum to the total number of toppings listed, and don't allow duplicates.
