Schedule Enforcement with HotSchedules

Im trying to set up schedule enforcement, but it doesnt seem to  be intergrating.  I have had HotSchedules intergrated with toast for years and everything else works.  Ive followed all the instrutions on toast central, but on the page where you enter how many minutes before of after they can clock in, shere should be shifts postd underneath, but it says "No shifts have been set up for this restaurant".  Am i missing a step?

Hi!  I have experienced this a few times as well.  If you've added the integration tile for HotSchedules and set up your grace periods, there are 2 other things you can look at.

1.)  UI Options -> Time Clock -> Enforce Scheduling... make sure this is ON.  If it is off, grace periods are ignored.

2.)  If you go into Schedule Enforcement and don't see any shifts present, it's because HotSchedules has not configured your location for this.  It has to be requested per location during the integration (even if your other ones do work), simply ask them to have posted shifts send to Toast for schedule enforcement.
