Hello!
I am having an issue with schedule enforcement. We need to make it so employees cannot clock in more than 15 minutes before their shifts start. We have schedule enforcement set up on Toast for the desired timeline - I used my desktop to set it up, not the POS. Our employees clock in on a POS. For whatever reason, the schedule enforcement I set using the Toast website isn't working.
I did some research and it seems that I might need to set it up on our physical POS too, so I followed the instructions to do so (Front of house order screen - setup - UI options - enforce scheduling - yes) BUT when I click on UI options the POS screen stalls out and gives an error message with the option to refresh the screen. This happens every time I try. I also tried setting it up from a different manager's account just in case the issue was with my account and the same thing happened.

Ok, might be an issue with the Jobs roles in toast and 7shifts not matching, or are not mapped? https://kb.7shifts.com/hc/en-us/articles/4417514104595-Role-Employee-Mapping-Integrations

The backend website accessed from the POS is the same, does not matter where you enable it. But schedule enforcement requires a schedule to enforce. What service are you using for scheduling? Does it have a toast integration and have you set that up?

Hello! Thank you for the response. We use 7Shifts for our scheduling and yes it has a Toast integration that is set up. Do you think the issue could be on 7Shifts's side?
