For online ordering, if I want to set holiday closures, for example on Christmas day 12/25
If I go to "Overrides" section under "Online Ordering Hours" and add a closure date, does it push to Doordash, Grubhub, and Ubereats if I have those integrations?
Thanks in advance for the help

This is what i follow. Just to be safe I set everything on the partners website plus Google yelp trip advisor Bing. etc a year ahead of time. So I just set the holidays for 2024-2025 right now in case I forget somehow. We also only close on Easter, thanksgiving and Christmas and early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve so its not too hard.

Hey @shone after reaching out to my team, they suggested it might have been a scheduled order that was created before the schedule override. This of course is just a guess. They also suggested reaching out to Grubhub with the order information.
The last step would be reaching out to Toast support with the order information, from there we can take a look at the Order Audit history and possibly find more info.
