Hello,
One of our locations recently reached out and mentioned that their screen can no longer be turned into a Kitchen Display, they can only assign a prep station to that screen. For context, we use two separate screens on the expo side. 1 screen displays all carryout, online ordering, and third-party orders and 1 screen displays ONLY Dine in Food orders. The screen we use for carryout used to be set up as a kitchen display screen, but recently orders stopped appearing when set up as a kitchen display. It works dine if it's set up as a prep station.
Any ideas or troubleshooting suggestions?

Hey Rob,
I will reach out to Toast customer care in the morning. Currently we are experiencing different technical issues and multiple locations with different scenarios. Today I reached out to Toast for a different issue, however I am not confident that the settings he adjusted will resolve it. The issue I listed in this post also happened to another location on Friday, and I used the instructions you listed to troubleshoot, unfortunately that did not work.
