I've seen this happen twice now where a drunk customer scribble all over the signature box on the handhelds when paying. They get the error message that the signature is to big and it instructs you to press clear. However, there is no clear button and the back button doesn't work, so there is no way out of this screen other than to force quit the Toast app. You then have to wait while the Toast app loads back up from the data base which is not convenient on a busy night. Actually, I just realized that there is an x at the end of the signature line that clears it out, but it is the same color as the signature and was obscured by the customers signature. Can we get is a different color or make it so that the signature can't cover it? I submitted a support ticket too, but not sure that they pass on feature requests.
