Is there a way to have the beverage sales(alcohol) in one spot, so the server knows how much to tip out the bartender? Instead of having to add it up on their own.

Yeah assuming you have sales categories configured and assigned to your alcoholic menu(s), under UI options scroll down to sales category tip percentage, turn it on and choose your sales categories that apply to alcoholic beverages, enter the percentage that should be tipped out and a description for who it goes to. Also on the same screen make sure tip sharing is checked under shift review.
