Specials menu

I just want to take a chicken salad copy the item change the name of the salad and put it on a specials menu is that possible at all.  the modifiers are the same the name and description are the only difference and I want it on a summer menu.

Yes, just go to whatever menu you want it on, next to the add item button choose the down arrow and pick copy existing item (don't check deep copy) find the item, hit save, it will have the name of the existing item with (copy) next to it, then just rename the item to whatever you want it to be.
