Stock Count

Is there a way to turn off the option of creating a stock count when an item has been 86'd but then is voided off a check (because we ran out).  For example, a bartender tells the manager to 86 draft Busch Light, manager does that. Then 20 minutes later the server that didn't get the Busch Light asks the manager for a void, this then creates a one count on the Busch Light button even though we are out.  I want it to stay out of stock until I change it.....anyway to do that??

I don't think there is a way to achieve the result you want. You just have to 86'ed the item that is out right after the void. What we do with items that constantly run out is to set the quantity in stock 1 or 2 serving less than current stock and ask staffs to check the item availability with kitchen when they see it's 86'ed on system. It's not a perfect solution but it can definitely help to prevent an 86ed item marked in stock again because order change/void.
