Hi @1Ladyhawk, I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your lease; here are some suggestions to help bring people into your new location:

1. Grand Opening Event: Host a grand opening or re-opening event with special offers, free samples, or giveaways. This can create a buzz and attract a crowd.

2. Leverage Social Media:

   - Facebook/Instagram Ads: Targeted ads can help you reach a specific demographic in your area.

   - Post Regularly: Share updates, behind-the-scenes looks, and customer testimonials.

   - Engage with Followers: Respond to comments, host Q&A sessions, or go live to interact with your audience.

   - Collaborate with Influencers: Partner with local influencers to promote your business.

3. Google My Business: Ensure your business is listed on Google My Business. Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews. This can help improve your visibility when potential customers search for businesses in your category.

4. Loyalty Programs: Introduce loyalty cards or a points system. This can encourage repeat visits and word-of-mouth referrals.

5. Local Partnerships: Collaborate with other local businesses for cross-promotions. For example, a coffee shop might partner with a local bookstore to offer discounts.

6. Host Workshops or Classes: Depending on your business type, hosting workshops or classes can attract people interested in learning something new.

7. Email Marketing: Collect email addresses and send out newsletters with updates, promotions, and events. Offer a discount for subscribers to encourage sign-ups.

8. Community Involvement: Sponsor local events, sports teams, or charities. This can increase your visibility and reputation in the community.

9. Press Release: Send a press release to local newspapers, magazines, and TV stations about your new location and any unique offerings.

10. Signage: Invest in eye-catching signs or banners for your new location. Consider using sidewalk signs or balloons to grab attention.

11. Referral Program: Offer incentives for current customers to refer friends and family.

12. Pop-Up Events: If feasible, host pop-up events in popular areas to give people a taste of what you offer before they visit your main location.

13. SEO and Online Advertising: Invest in search engine optimization (SEO) to make sure your business appears in local searches. Consider using pay-per-click (PPC) advertising for additional visibility.

14. Feedback Loop: Encourage feedback from your customers. This can help you understand what's working and where improvements can be made.
