Hey everyone,
Since the last Toast app update, some locations have started encountering an error message that says, "Customer lookup is not available when offline," even though the devices are not offline.
I reached out to Toast support, and they recommended clearing the cache and power cycling the devices. This resolved the issue for some locations, but others are still experiencing the problem.
Has anyone else come across this? If so, do you have any additional suggestions or workarounds?
