I believe it would be helpful if I could see a log of when (and who) turns our online ordering system on snooze and when it is turned off. I am finding the system off or with snooze warnings in the morning, and I want to know when it is happening so I can verify by watching the cameras. There is no way to see that at this point through Toast.

I do not know of any log that can show this. I have a limited number of people with authorization to change online ordering times or to snooze online ordering. At the very least it narrows it down to one or two people per shift other than myself who can do so.

There are online ordering entries recorded in the publish history log but it seems like it doesn't record everything, I think it only records mostly back-end changes and not when it is done from the POS, hard to tell I do not change online ordering much.
