Our monthly went up from $551 to $621. I've been on chat for 2 hours for the agent to tell me that we are being charged for a new tablet but we never ordered a new tablet, or anything for that matter. After 2 hours he says to ask our sales rep for help hahaha. Our sales rep vanished 4 yrs ago after we got our system. Then he said to ask our co-owner if he ordered anything. My co owner is my chef husband that doesn't know how to log in to Toast haha let alone order anything.
I just searched thru emails i might have missed and see one from 12/6 that says I ordered an additional terminal subscription and shows $50 fee. I didn't order this
Who can help??? Before I scream how much I hate Toast.
