Toast POS Custom Pop up message

Does anyone know if there is a way we can have a pop up response appear when we add items to the customers order? For example, after adding a meal to the transaction, I was hoping if there is a way a pop up would appear with the message "Did you offer the customer drinks or any appetizers?"

Closet thing would be service prompts, but they require something to be selected to continue so you would need to setup additional items like no drink or no app that they could choose if a customer doesn't want anything to be able to send the order or take payment. https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Creating-and-Utilizing-Service-Prompts
