Toast is a great product, but it is still missing some smart features. What is really a problem is auditing the operations of the servers/bartenders. We thought that with a repository of checks in real-time, like an event recorder, through a virtual printer of a chicken station, we could have enough information to stop various techniques of money theft. Unfortunately, Toast checks at the end of the day are the RESULT of all the operations and the granularity it's lost.
