Voiding a unpaid order

Hi guys, I'm hopeing t have a way to void a "unpaid" order. My manager did not clock out and today I noticed on the summery it had one unpaid order, due to him not clocking out he must have missed it on his end. I need to know hoe to do this from the web side of things, Prost!

Thanks for reaching out to the community! Try the steps below to fix it!

1. Select the ***Update*** button on the order in Orders Hub. Select ***Edit Check***.
2. The Quick Order screen will appear.
3. Select the ***three vertical dots (overflow menu)*** on the top right of the Quick Order screen.
4. Select ***Void Order*** and then select the ***Reason*** for the void.
5. The order will then get removed from the Orders Hub.

Well that has nothing to do with it. We are simply looking for a way to take it off so I do not have to take $$ out of my wallet to balence the drawers sales

This was a in house purchase, I'm not sure if that is why I cannot find the orders hub. I found the open order and cant find any 3 dots or quick order screen?
