Voiding a unpaid order

Hi guys, I'm hopeing t have a way to void a "unpaid" order. My manager did not clock out and today I noticed on the summery it had one unpaid order, due to him not clocking out he must have missed it on his end. I need to know hoe to do this from the web side of things, Prost!

Thanks for reaching out to the community! Try the steps below to fix it!

1. Select the ***Update*** button on the order in Orders Hub. Select ***Edit Check***.
2. The Quick Order screen will appear.
3. Select the ***three vertical dots (overflow menu)*** on the top right of the Quick Order screen.
4. Select ***Void Order*** and then select the ***Reason*** for the void.
5. The order will then get removed from the Orders Hub.

I atually found a bunch of unpaid orders, I just need to know how to void them from home on remote log in. These employees did not clock out on these days , and that is another problem

It was already posted, but running a virtual terminal with bluestacks or another emulator or physical android device is your only option for voiding the orders remotely. If you would like help setting that up, let me know.  https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Bluestacks-Download-Guide
