job permissions

I have a few employees whom I have added Job Permissions, (was a server added cook) but when they log in they aren't able to select the cook option. I have deselected it and reselected it and nothing is working. Ideas?

Try to do a "resync all data" on your devices to update the data on your local devices. The option is located at the login screen in the top right corner, click the "3-dot" drop down menu
