So we are having an issue with online orders and the tips disappearing.  When the guest picks up the order, and the team member goes to close the check out, they try to transfer the check to their account, but Toast won't let them.  It gives an error...
I have a location that when there is a paid out during the lunch shift, a printed copy doesn't come out, but does during the dinner shift.  Anyone else have this issue?
I have a house account customer that had an event last month that has reappeared on the KDS just this week.  Any thoughts on why that would happen?
a couple team members are getting an error type message when trying to clock in.  It is telling them that they can't clock in without a manager.
