paid out slip doesn't print during AM shift

I have a location that when there is a paid out during the lunch shift, a printed copy doesn't come out, but does during the dinner shift.  Anyone else have this issue?

House account order reappeared on KDS a week after fulfilled

I have a house account customer that had an event last month that has reappeared on the KDS just this week.  Any thoughts on why that would happen?

I have a couple team members that can't clock in without a manager entering their code

a couple team members are getting an error type message when trying to clock in.  It is telling them that they can't clock in without a manager.

YTD Product Mix

Looking to get a Product Mix report for longer than the 1 month period. Anyone have luck with this?  Ideally a 6 month report would be great!
