account does not exist for onboarding new hire

I have a new hire in the onboarding process and when she tries to log in it says that her account does not exist. How do I fix that on my end so she can start the process.

Hey @Tvanadia try a browser reset/clear cache. Let me know if you are still having problems after following these steps.
