Does anyone have an app for their restaurant? Not the toast takeout app, but like an app for your actual concept.

I'm currently using appfront and it's okay. Just wanted to get some feed back on what other people are using?

My experience is people don't like to download the toast takeout app.

My experience is people don't like to install apps in general. Personally, unless it's for a major franchise I visit all the time, I'm not downloading an app to order from anyone.

We have a lot of customers that use our app. Especially once we tell them they can collect loyalty points.

Loyalty would be another reason I would tend to install the app, but if I am a loyalty member I am also visiting frequently and it makes sense. I just don't like when being forced to use an app for something I rarely do,  one of my favorites is the many different ticket vendors that want me to create an account and download their app just to get my event tickets!
