archiving employees from all locations within a group

how can I archive employees from each location within a group without having to archive them within each location. Can I just archive them once from somewhere to have them removed everywhere

From what I understand (unless you use Toast payroll), an employee can't have the same email on multiple accounts, so you would need to archive them from each location, because they are not linked. If you have Toast Payroll they may be linked.
