When is the Contact Settings going to get upgraded to NEW?
We use these contact settings for daily emails to our managers and the owner group. We have four locations. Separate concepts/ not a chain. These reports should be customizable.
Huge issue right now is that the Daily Performance summary for "Current Location" does not have all the data needed for the managers... SPECIFICALLY AUTO CLOCK OUTS.
The auto clock outs is only available on the Daily Performance Summary for ALL LOCATIONS. I don't want all location data going to our manager of just one location.
How is the title literally flagged as old without having a new version available? I am missing this update somewhere? Is there no other way to turn on email alerts when employees forget to clock out?

Thank you for getting in touch! I'm excited to share that contact settings will soon be replaced by Optimize Communication Preferences. You can find it by heading to Toast Web → Toast Account → Notifications & Alerts → Communication Preferences. If you don’t see it yet, please reach out to your Account Manager or Care team to enable it or check on the rollout status. As for auto-clockout visibility and alerts, it’s on our radar!

If you have API access, I have a pretty simple python script that looks for auto clock outs and sends an email daily if any are found, DM me if you do have API access, more than happy to share it.
